With a sublime waterfront location, guests can enjoy a stunning view of the beach while indulging in light breakfasts and sipping on saccharine coffees and smoothies. The monochrome interiors represent a timeless space where elegant dishes can be enjoyed at any time of the day or night.
“As consultants, it’s essential for us to balance creativity with strategy, insight and expertise. In the thriving F&B market, we understand the need for a café concept that doesn’t follow trends, but instead, pioneers a whole new offering that can sustain time & trends,” reveals Restaurant Secrets CEO and Co-Founder Ralph Homer.
The Duchess was founded on the principle that good food, impeccable service and stylish interiors can never go out of fashion. Like the classic Breakfast at Tiffany’s movie, The Duchess will become synonymous with taste, sophistication and elegance.
“When we developed the concept, we wanted to appeal to the target audience’s constant desire for quality & unique experiences while dining out without too much fuss. A place that’s ‘casual’ yet has personality. That’s why the name is what it is – because it exudes refinement & heritage while remaining approachable & attainable,” added Homer.
