Sirene is the combined vision of Evgeny Kuzin and Chef Izu Ani. It blends Greek culture, tradition and storytelling, expanding upon the success of GAIA in DIFC – a firm Luxe Diary favourite. 

The Concept.

Inspired by Chef Izu Ani’s extensive travels across the Mediterranean, the concept focuses on getting together with friends and family in a beautifully elevated beachside setting.  The inspiration of the sirens from Greek mythology has been seamlessly woven into the venue’s concept. 

Sirene introduces a fresh new approach where Mediterranean flavours and coastal elegance converge. It offers a one-of-a-kind  magical and extremely fun beach club afternoon to evening experience. At Sirene, energy flows effortlessly between the restaurant and the terraced areas leading to the beach and the pool. Whether enjoying a laidback lunch on the sun deck or an intimate dinner under the stars, expect to embark on a journey of the senses.

As the season evolves, Sirene will feature an impressive line-up of renowned local and international DJs with eclectic mix of sounds that perfectly complement the venue’s vibrant yet laid-back atmosphere. From soulful sunset sessions on weekdays to high-energy guest DJs on weekend, the music sets the tone for unforgettable moments.

The Food.

Drawing from the finest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, Sirene’s culinary offerings feature a rich selection of fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and clean, pure flavors that evoke the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. The menu showcases signature favorites from GAIA, including Seabream Carpaccio and Frozen Yogurt, alongside new dishes, such as Rooster Pasta, Sirene Dakos and Caviar & Oyster experience.

We loved rediscovering some firm GAIA favourites, such as the iconic fish market and rustic wood oven, are thoughtfully integrated into the space, adding familiar touches that elevate the dining experience. 

The Interiors.

Emerging as one of the world’s largest luxury beach clubs, Sirene Beach by GAIA has been carefully designed to offer a sophisticated blend of unique experiences, conceptualized by First Within, the renowned London-based interior design studio led by Richard Saunders. The venue features an elegant Greek-inspired courtyard where guests are welcomed by Greek arches, intricate mosaics, heritage stone walls, and draped fabrics. This timeless charm is complemented by lush Mediterranean-style landscaping, setting the stage for both vibrant energy and serene relaxation.

The Final Word.
