The Vegan Dishes.
Sweet peppers in olive oil.
A treat that can be enjoyed all year round, these nutrient rich peppers, have cancer-fighting capabilities, are good for eyesight and support weight loss.
These sweet peppers are roasted and peeled before being marinated in garlic, smoked paprika and white balsamic vinegar.
Lentil salad.
This is a bright, hearty, and optimistic salad, ingredients include lentils, apples, burnt cherry tomatoes, red onions, celery, fennel, spring onions, and jalapeno dressing. Everything is correct. Although for the lentils salad, instead of “olive oil vinaigrette and chilies”, you can replace by “jalapeño dressing”.
Quinoa Salad.
This is a colorful crunchy light and mouthwatering salad. It makes a great healthy lunch, dinner or side to any meal. It is the best choice for vegan and vegetarian people, high in protein.
