From traditional Antipasti including Arancini and creamy Bufala, and artisanal Pizzettes to decadent desserts, including Il Gattopardo’s viral Tiramisu – every dish is a celebration of Italy’s rich culinary heritage. 

Alongside the à la carte menu, guests can enjoy festive specials, available from 23rd December to 6th January, curated to evoke the timeless charm of an Italian Christmas including Gnocchi Tartufo topped with shaved black truffle, Gamberi; Mazara del Vallo prawns with grated caviar and citrus zest, and Torta Cioccolato to finish. 

As the evening unfolds, sip on cocktails that capture the essence of Italian craftsmanship, inspired by films of the La Dolce Vita era and a wine list boasting over 450 references. Countdown to 2025 with live music, entertainment and a resident DJ bringing funky Italian hits from the era, all set against the stunning backdrop of Dubai’s most spectacular fireworks display.

2. Bar des Près

Toast to the New Year at the Height of Sophistication – Only at Bar des Prés

Ring in the New Year at Bar des Prés for a spectacular celebration filled with exceptional dining, lively music, and an enchanting atmosphere. Situated 51 floors above the city, with sweeping views of the skyline, indulge in a night of celebration, where French sophistication meets Japanese precision from 8:00PM to 2:00 AM.

Guests will delight in the à la carte menu, featuring Bar Des Prés’ signature cocktails such as the refreshing Tokyo Garden or the classic Margarithai. Starters include enticing options like California rolls with crispy prawns, sesame, tobiko, and Thai mayonnaise, or the specialty Crab & Avocado Galette infused with Madras curry. For mains, indulge in a selection of land and sea favorites, including Black Cod caramelized with miso, baby spinach, and sesame, or the Grilled Australian Beef Fillet seasoned with smoked Kerala pepper. To conclude the evening on a sweet note, the must-try Vanilla Mille-Feuille with pecan nut praline promises to be a show-stopping dessert, perfect for celebrating the New Year.

3. Raspoutine

Immerse yourself in the magic of Parisian nights with RASPOUTINE Dubai’s festive celebrations. Experience signature deep house music paired with a curated Christmas menu at AED 650 per person. 4. Lionel Richie at Atlantis

Make it a New Year’s eve to remember at Atlantis, The Palm’s grand celebration with global music icon Lionel Richie taking to the stage for an unforgettable performance. 5. Gigi Rigoletto

On Tuesday, December 31st, Gigi invites you to indulge in a festive and gourmet Italian-inspired experience, complete with an exquisite sharing Set Menu priced at AED 3,500 per person, including a glass of Dom Pérignon Brut upon arrival.

The evening begins with refined starters, including Royal Oscietra caviar, and Bluefin tuna tartare. Main courses continue the indulgence with highlights such as pumpkin-filled ravioli and slow-cooked wagyu beef short ribs.

The Guild’s distinct spaces— The Nurseries, The Potting Shed, The Aviaries, The Salon and The Rockpool – each offer a unique vibe, allowing guests to tailor their evening to personal preference.
