Hakkasan Dubai launches a new Friday Brunch concept this October.
Hakkasan is adding some heat to the city’s weekend dining scene with the launch of Brunch at Hakkasan. Reworking their much-acclaimed ‘Hakka Brunch’, the award-winning restaurant is bringing a new meaning to Friday feasting. Expect decadence, music from new Resident DJ and free-flowing champagne.
Launching on Friday 13 October, Brunch at Hakkasan starts with contemporary Cantonese cuisine using exclusive ingredients and delivered with culinary theatre from the first bite. Guests begin the journey with Hakkasan’s signature Peking duck, getting the chance to see the ancient Chinese dish carved traditionally by expert chefs before being topped with caviar and delivered to the table surrounded in apple wood smoke.
Guests can expect a parade of dim sum and small eats, from Wagyu beef and mushroom puff to Crispy tiger prawn with pandan leaf. Main courses include Stir-fry black pepper rib eye beef or Steamed grouper in yellow bean sauce and desserts will change depending on the chef’s selection. Also available throughout brunch, a selection of Hakkasan’s signature, Champagne and virgin cocktails will be served alongside plenty of sake and Laurent-Perrier Rose.
Resident DJ Nenna will be playing at the brunch and into the night. Once winter arrives, guests will be able to book tables at Hakkasan Dubai’s terrace – one of the city’s best kept alfresco secrets.
Brunch at Hakkasan will be available at Hakkasan Dubai from Friday 13 October 2017. Served from 12.00 to 16.00.
