Molecule Restaurant d3, the design-led dining and gallery concept, welcomes Ramadan with a carefully curated iftar set selection of its exquisite dishes.

Celebrate iftar surrounded by vibrant art in a creatively designed space for a comfortable, casual and relaxed experience.

From sunset, enjoy a celebration of food and culture with family, friends or colleagues.

The four-course meal starts with a choice of a creamy Asparagus soup or the Soup of the day, followed by appetiser options such as Fig and Goat Cheese Salad or Bresaola della Valtellina.

For the mains, the Quinoa Crusted Salmon or Seared Tuna will be every fish lover’s delight while vegetarians can opt for the Fetuccine Piemontesi or Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli.

For dessert, select from one of four dessert options: Honey Marinated Citrus, Pistachio Cardamom Parfait, Raspberry Rose Delice or Coconut Exotique Dome.
