The Indian inspired, passionately different and deliciously decadent Masti – Cocktails and Cuisine, is set to offer guests a specially curated Iftar menu during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Dynamic and daring, Masti which translates to ‘fun and mischief, will be offering a matchless dining experience in a world of opulent flavours.

Guests will be seated amongst Masti’s lush and vibrant interiors to relish a menu which infuses modern cuisine with traditional flavours, designed to be savoured.

Showcasing the restaurant’s exceptional techniques and culinary vision, the Iftar menu begins with a refreshing Ramadan mocktail followed by dates and a hearty lentil soup.

The culinary adventure continues with a selection of Masti small plates perfect to share, including Edamame Bhel, with sweet yoghurt, tamarind, cherry tomatoes and sev, or the Pulled Tandoori Chicken Bao, a grilled bao bun combined with melt in the mouth chicken and an irresistible tamarind glaze.

A special addition to the menu is the Veg and Chicken Biriyanis, far from traditional, guests will discover Masti’s unique spin on this well-loved dish.

Offering a playful interpretation of ingredients, the meal concludes with a Lotus Tiramisu providing a sweet conclusion to the exquisite experience and an alternative way to break the fast this Ramadan.

The Iftar menu, designed by Chef Prashant Chipkar, ingeniously embraces Eastern flavours with modern and innovative twists on Indian inspired dishes.
