‘Lily’s House Brunch’: Perfect SUMMERTIME dining treat with AUTHENTIC DIM SUM creations.

Hosted every Friday by exuberant restaurant manager Lily, the brunch at Hikina within Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection Hotels is a show stopper with its simplicity and all-round delicious creations.

Launching on 6 July from 13.00 – 16.00 brunch fans will be treated to a journey of tastes through a multitude of interactive gourmet stations.

An appetizer buffet plus a fried noodle salad station kick things off before guests take their pick of the animated mains with chefs preparing everything fresh and to their liking.

Signature live stations include dim sum, spring rolls, khow suey and

hand pulled noodles with your choice of toppings plus Malaysian man tao pockets, Indonesian satays, curries and pad Thai options.

The dessert corner is a treat in itself with traditional Pan-Asian dishes with a Hikina twist. Think hot steamed sweet buns, a green tea chocolate fountain and even a live fried banana station!
