The ‘Indian Street Food Bazaar’ at Ewaan at the Palace Downtown celebrates the varied street food delicacies from around the cities of India.
With seating outside on the terrace under the majestic eye of the Burj Khalifa and overlooking the Palace Downtown’s iconic pool, you can enjoy the late winter breeze to the backdrop of traditional Indian fusion beats.
The bazaar embraces the spirit and taste of India and recreates an stylised ambiance with unique street style carts, lamps and art work.
Executive Chef Avinash Mohan has curated a lip-smacking selection street fare featuring over 50 delicious traditional dishes that you will love to sample. Let Chef Mohan take your taste buds on a journey of the finest street delicacies packed with exotic spices, aromas and flavours.
We particularly enjoyed flavourful delicacies such as bhelpuri, papdi chaat, pazham puri, pani poori, pav bhaji, murgh malai tikka, sunehara jhinga, paneer, potato paratha and a universal favourite, butter chicken. Finish on a sweet note with the chef’s ‘mithai’ sweet corner and lively conversation all amidst serene views of the Burj Lake.
The experience is a vibrant culinary extravaganza, reminiscent of famous Indian bazaars – an original gourmet pop-up to be enjoyed among friends or loved ones.
