Fairmont The Palm‘s family Christmas fair is a chance to indulge in the spirit of the festive season where families can uncover unique and stylish gifts and help create magical moments with activities such as gingerbread decorating.

Let it Snow! Winter Market | Yas Island Abu Dhabi | Friday 15 and Saturday 16 December | 14.00 – 21.00
During the Winter Market, visitors to the Marina can enjoy even more attractions and activities as the highly anticipated Winter Market returns, featuring REAL snow games, including snowball battles and snowman building, a festive themed market, and lots of fun festivities.
Organised by Tiny Bean Events, the Winter Market will have a range of over 40 stalls run by local passionate SME businesses including the best foodies, artisans, designers and jewellers, in town. Visitors can shop for gifts for loved ones and then drop them off at the gift wrapping station, taking the hassle out of the busy season.
Those up for a REAL snow battle can join in the fun between 2pm and 9pm. The rules are simple: two teams of seven people will battle to capture the opponent’s flag without getting hit by snowballs. People have the option to be creative and build a snowman of their own. Entry costs AED30 per person and includes one snowball fight and one snowman building session.
There’s plenty of chances to meet the jolly man himself throughout the Winter Market weekend too. Santa will arrive by boat each day from 3pm to 7pm, stopping at the marina to take pictures and spreading festive cheer with kids under the tree.
Elf Boat Rides on the marina’s sparkling waters will be hosted by Captain Tony’s, and priced at AED25 per person from 2pm to 9pm on both days. There’ll also be a fantastic line-up of live music to add to the festive party mood, and the promenade will be decorated with sparkling seasonal lights and covered in snow.
The ‘Let it Snow’ festivities play an integral part of the Yas Winterland Festival, a month-long island-wide celebration that comprise cool, joyous, family friendly events and many more activations and offers.
