Renowned in Istanbul for its indulgent, artfully prepared Turkish delicacies alongside inventive expressions of Italian, French and Spanish cuisine, signature dishes include; mouth-watering

Cig Köfte – a Turkish patty with minced beef, tomatoes and mango salsa, endive lettuce, preserved with walnut slices; Roasted Bone Marrow with caramelized onions, marmalade with pears and crostini and succulent Tantuni – beef tenderloin and lamb tail, served with onions, tomatoes, chiles de árbol, mustard, chives, sumac, arugula, drizzled with balsamic sauce and a side of crispy baguette slices.

With captivating interiors, the scenic area incorporates light woods, verdant greenery and memorable flashes of gold. Before entering the stylish dining room, the scene is set, simulating an art exhibition as guests arrive through an intriguing passageway including artwork from the well-known Turkish talent, Haydar Ekinek.

Diners can expect an evening full of memorable moments with chefs and waiters breaking into song and dance, theatrical menu items served at their tables and world-class dishes at The GALLIARD. The unique experience is married with the best terrace views of Dubai’s most famous landmark, Burj Khalifa.
