Carefully crafted and beautifully presented by expert Thai Chef de Cuisine Wichit Panyo and his team, the multi-award-winning cuisine finds the perfect harmony and balance between the five flavours of sweet, spicy, sour, salty, and creamy, by using the freshest, finest-quality ingredients. Each dish is designed to amaze the appetite and excite the senses! For guests who are all about the ’gram and looking to snap their next piece of Insta-gold, keep an eye out for the top five most Insta-worthy dishes, easily identified by the icon next to them on the menu.

While every dish is a delicious highlight, some of Chef Wichit’s favourites include Gai Burger Bai Kraprao Lae Khai Dao (grilled chicken burger topped with mushroom, holy basil sauce, Thai fried egg, and steamed rice), Gaeng Kiew Wan (green curry with Thai eggplant, sweet basil leaves, and the choice of vegetables and tofu, chicken, beef, or prawns), and Phad Cha Pla Salmon (Stir-fried salmon fish with Thai round eggplant, zerumbet, green pepper, chili, and sweet basil leaves). The acclaimed @atelier_robuchondubai 💫has now opened in Dubai and its signature high-end “dégustation” style French cuisine is truly worth stepping out for. It’s striking black and red ♥️ fronting by @gatsereliadesign marks the horizon as you approach @difc. L’Atelier is opposite @amazonicodubai 🦜 and in front of @shanghaimedxb. Inside is boudoir red with original Murano style glass ceiling pieces with contrasting black bar line and tables.

The format proposed by Chef Axel Manes is flexible. You could go down the dégustation route or stick to traditional starter and mains. We tried a selection of the dégustation starters and loved both (yes, there are two distinct types) langoustine tapas style tasters although the foie gras was truly extra special. We also adored the artichoke risotto. For mains we loved the cod à la plancha with its light and savory broth as well as the Dover sole. The French fries were uniquely delicious too. For dessert, we cannot recommend any of the soufflés enough: the chocolate and avocado one, the ganache one and our absolute favorite the gold covered vanilla and caramel soufflé! 💫

Why go? To experience genuine fine French cuisine in Dubai in a beautifully dramatic and yet calm and luxurious surrounds. Recommended for couples or small groups.
