Born in the mountain village of Lutago, Italy, Norbert Niederkofler’s desire to travel and see the world led him on a career path that would render him a pioneer of the culinary world. Taking inspiration from various countries, including Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, the United States and, of course, his native Italy, Niederkofler’s restaurant St. Hubertus in the Rosa Alpina Hotel is the recipient of two Michelin Stars, while the Chef is highly acclaimed for his unique ‘Cook The Mountain’ philosophy.
