Developed in partnership with the renowned chef Chris Jaeckle, the menu takes a fresh modern approach to traditional Italian food. Inspired by Venetian cuisine which over the centuries was at the epicentre of the trade routes between east and west, All’onda’s style combines Asian and near Asian influences with Italian culinary traditions. Don’t be surprised to find Japanese and Indian influences in these offerings.

The Cosa Nostra Thursday evening brunch is all about enjoying the finer things and All’Onda does not disappoint. Settle down with a signature Aperol from 8pm and enjoy a delicious free-flow of house cocktails, wines and even bubbly until 11pm. Kick start your long leisurely luxurious evening brunch with delicious sushi, original Italian antipasti, salads and quiches.

The delicate mushroom Wagyu beef Maki is a staple favourite, as is the tempura roll. Other antipasti at the counter we recommend include the grilled eggplant salad, tamarind eggs (an original and successful nod to Indian flavours) and the deeply marinated smoked salmon.

Table service for the main courses is always a plus and we love to return to All’onda for its famous dishes. Our particular favourites this time round were the paccheri and truffle stew, the beef and olive stew and the stellar roasted cod.

Round off the meal with a sensational selection of deserts that include green tea-misu and cherry merengue. All of this washed down with an extensive wine list and a creative selection of cocktails.

We love the fact that, being a Thursday night, we want to keep the party going. At All’Onda international DJs bring the stunning Palm Jumeriah restaurant alive with Balearic beats, playing on in to the night for the All’Onda After Party, where you can continue to party and enjoy three house beverages for AED 100. We loved it and will definitely return!
