This January, we are delighted to announce that The Covent Garden Dance Company will host Ballet under the Stars on the lawn at Desert Palm PER AQUUM for two spectacular shows on the Thursday 26 and Friday 27 of January 2017 with doors opening at 7pm.
This year Desert Palm Per Aquum welcome one of the world’s most iconic Ballerina’s, the great Lucia Lacarra who will be performing with her partner and husband Marlon Dino. They will be joined by Principals and Soloists from some of the world’s greatest companies, including The Royal Danish Ballet, The English National Ballet, Staatsburg Ballet and Ballet Bejart.
Following a French bubbly reception, you will be seated to dine and be treated to a performance comprised of 4 short works ranging in length from 3-8 mins between courses, a classical piece, a neo classical piece, a contemporary piece and a new commission, performed by some of the world’s greatest artists for your delectation.
