At.mosphere, set on Level 122 of the iconic Burj Khalifa, has partnered with Paris-based luxury caviar specialist, Kaviari, to offer a one-night culinary special with an exclusive seven-course, degustation menu, paired with one of the most coveted gourmet ingredients, Caviar.

Discover a luxury menu of exclusive dishes curated by At.mosphere’s culinary team to complement the delicate, refined flavour of caviar. Made from aged and matured sturgeon eggs, a variety of caviar has been creatively combined with other ingredients.

The traditional delicacy of choice for Tsars, aristocrats and celebrities from Marlene Dietrich to Picasso and Christian Dior, caviar is a refined and sophisticated ingredient. Food lovers who share their passion for the finest food and culinary craft will have the unique opportunity to learn directly from caviar experts on the evening, as they discuss the varieties as well as origins of this fascinating delicacy.

Unearthing exciting new combinations, the menu features several caviars from seven different sturgeon species, to provide an insightful taste into this wonderful delicacy. For starters, Gillardeau Oysters will be served with Spicy Cucumber, Spinach and Apple Gellee, followed by Lemon Grass Infused Gold Yukon Topped with White Sturgeon Caviar, Spicy Sponge and Citrus Hummus.

The dishes on the luxurious menu include – Organic Egg, Baeri Royal Caviar along with Topinambour Mousse; a delicious and refreshing Black Truffle, Asparagus and Snow Peas Salad with Oscietre Prestige Caviar; Langoustine, Hand Dived Scallops, Kristal Caviar in frozen Bisque Mache emulsion; Dover Sole and Oscietre Gold Caviar served with Grenobloise and Meuniere sauce; Lobster, Kiwami Wagyu, and Beluga Imperial Caviar Tortellini paired with White Chocolate infused Foie Gras. The distinguishing flavours of caviar – woody, buttery, mineral, fruity, bitter orange will transport diners’ taste buds into a realm of pure discovery.

Savour the delicate, distinctive flavour of the most exquisitely produced Caviars, combined with a selection of At.mosphere’s signature dishes. All guests will receive a flute of premium sparkling beverage upon arrival and a luxurious caviar gift along with premium olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar, packed in a sustainable wooden box made of olive tree.
