Rüya Dubai, has launched a new ‘Öğlen Menu’ for diners to indulge in a splendid selection of traditional Anatolian treats. This specially curated three course lunch menu will be available on Saturdays, starting from 12.00 to 16.00, delighting the Marina neighbourhood with Anatolian culinary art at its finest.
The delicately crafted three-course set menu features a variety of delicious creations designed by Executive Chef Colin Clague, showcasing Anatolia’s rich culinary history with an innovative and contemporary twist. Patrons can commence their relaxed lunch with delectable starters such as Cıtır Kalamar, Ezogelin Corbası or the all-time classic 2 Cheese Pide, before continuing with mouth-watering main courses like Adana Kebap, Pan Fried Sea Bream with Almond Simit & Sumac or Marinated Baby Chicken with Pastry Wrapped Rice Pilaf and more. The menu concludes with highlights such as Stamboul, Çikolata ve Türk kahvesi or Fırın Sütlaç; sweat treats that beg to be savoured with a light and refreshing Turkish tea.
