For one month only, Amalfi at Le Royal Meridien in Abu Dhabi brings you the taste of Beirut using the freshest Lebanese ingredients.  With an enticing blend of dishes, Chef Justin Galea has designed an incredible menu: a festival of delicious appetizers and rich appealing tastes. Inspired by the famous region of Beirut – from the evergreen mountains to fields of Lebanon – the menu intends to bring its own unique flavours with a fine selection of Lebanese grape in a stylish surroundings and an ambient atmosphere. And the menu does not disappoint.

Halloumi Pizza with cherry tomato, fresh mint & basil

We particularly enjoyed the heirloom tomato fatouche salad with poached lobster as well as the halloumi pizza with cherry tomato, fresh mint & basil. Of the mains, our favourites include the braised wagyu beef cheek with dates, carrots & carrot purée and the BBQ quail on freekah risotto. All delicious and bursting with flavour. We rounded off the meal with the spectacular fig & orange blossom pavlova, masterfully encased in a cloud of cotton candy. The pavlova was delicately flavoured and balanced.
